These terms govern your use of stevva.com, operated by Stevva Corporate Services Provider LLC ("Stevva", "we", "us"), a corporate services firm registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Using the site, contacting us or booking a consultation does not make you a client. We act for you only once both sides have signed an engagement letter.

Engagements

Services we provide to clients are governed by a written engagement letter setting out scope, fees and terms. If there is any conflict between an engagement letter and these terms, the engagement letter prevails.

Tools and calculators

Our calculators produce indicative estimates based on published rates and rules at the time they were built. Results are not a quotation, a filing position or advice. Confirm the current position before relying on them.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, and the Stevva name and mark, belong to Stevva or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use. Republishing or commercial use requires our written permission.

The site links to third-party services (for example Microsoft Bookings for consultations and WhatsApp for chat) and to external websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. This section applies to the website only; liability in client engagements is dealt with in the engagement letter.

Governing law
