Who we are

This policy explains how Stevva Corporate Services Provider LLC ("Stevva", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit stevva.com, contact us, or engage us for services. We are a corporate services firm registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, book a consultation, or reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.

Information collected when you become a client. If you engage us, we collect what is needed to deliver our services and to meet our legal obligations, including know-your-client (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. This can include passport and Emirates ID copies, trade licences, corporate documents and financial records.

Information collected automatically. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device and browser type, and interaction data such as clicks and scrolling). Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including AML, KYC and record-keeping requirements.
  • To administer engagements, billing and correspondence.
  • To improve the website and our guides.
  • To send you updates you have asked for.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies set by Microsoft Clarity to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. For details on how Microsoft processes this data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run parts of the site and our practice, such as our hosting provider and Microsoft (Bookings, Clarity, email).
  • Government authorities and regulators where the law requires it, for example the Federal Tax Authority or licensing authorities.
  • Professional advisers and auditors, under confidentiality obligations.

International transfers

We operate from the UAE, with a support office in India. Some of our service providers process data outside the UAE. Where personal data leaves the UAE, we take steps consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) to keep it protected.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. For client engagements, UAE commercial, tax and AML rules require us to keep records for a minimum period (generally five years or more) after the engagement ends. Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@stevva.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and some records must be retained where the law requires it.

Security

We run a cloud-first, paperless practice with access controls, encryption in transit and restricted access to client records. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat client confidentiality as a core professional obligation.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
